Felix was born in Brisbane and raised in the remote Kimberley region of Western Australia.  With a Mum who worked as a remote area nurse in Aboriginal communities and a Dad who ran his own plumbing business, Felix learned early the value of hard work, family, and service to others - principles that continue to guide him today.

After finishing school, Felix rolled up his sleeves and completed his apprenticeship in plumbing and gasfitting, working side by side with his dad in the family business. It was hands-on, honest work which laid the foundation for his lifelong commitment to community.

That same commitment led Felix to Tasmania, where he and  his wife Margot crossed paths while both chasing new opportunities and a better way of life.  They quickly fell in love with the North-West and decided to settle down.

Now proud parents to two boys,  William and Michael, Felix and Margot are more motivated than ever to give back to their local community.  Their family is their driving force, and their passion lies in building a stronger, safer, and more prosperous future for the region they call home.

From volunteering on the ground to representing the community as a Member of Parliament and serving as a Minister in the Rockliff Liberal Government, Felix brings energy, experience and a deep love for Braddon to everything he does.

He’s here to stand up for what matters and to protect the future of the place we all call home.
